Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the tea products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service for your protection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
